2025 Schedule of Meetings, Conferences, and Hot Topics!

Hello OHE Members and Followers. We'd like to invite you to join us for the final months of education and interesting topics with OHE. The following topics are too hot to miss! 

July 21: Board meeting from 1pm-2pm followed by Hot Topic- "Cyber Attack! What do you do?" Moderators are Lourdes Casao, PhD, RN FNP, NPD-BC, Director of Education CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center and Danielle Valenzuela, BSN, RN DOU Clinical Educator, PIH Health Downey Hospital. Link will be added next month.

August- no board meeting or Hot Topic.

September 19: Board meeting to prepare for live conference September 26. 1pm to 2pm only. NO HOT TOPIC.

September 26: Michele Deck, MEd, BSN, RN,  LCCE, FACCE  presenting: Get Your Game On!  Engaging Gen Z and Alpha Generation Learners at USC Arcadia Hospital, 300 W. Huntington Dr. Arcadia, CA 91006 8:00am to 12:00pm. Registration will be posted later this week. 

October 13: Board meeting 1:00pm-2:00pm. HOT TOPIC 2:00 pm-3:00 pm: Dale Calicutt, PhD, RN, CV-BC, NPD-BC, CCRN ANPD PRESIDENT presenting, "ANPD and the Benefits to Members".

November 14: Zoom Conference (no board meeting) 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm PST. Tiffany Gibson, MSN, RN PRESENTING: "The Art of Emotional Intelligence for Health Educators". 2 CEUs offered. Link will be sent to registered members 2 weeks before the event. SAVE THE DATE.
