Position Description

Pride Health is hiring an experienced Occupational Health Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at a leading global entertainment and media organization. In this role, you will deliver high-quality occupational health services to a diverse workforce in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical background, excels in communication and critical thinking, and thrives in settings that require discretion, flexibility, and collaboration.

Pay: $50-$55 hourly

Contract: 75 days, 9-5 day shift with some weekends and holidays required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and first aid for work-related and non-work-related illnesses and injuries to employees/guests
  • Conduct medical assessments including return-to-work evaluations, workplace injury triage, and health screenings.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Support wellness and injury prevention programs tailored to the needs of a highly active workforce.
  • Respond to on-site emergencies and coordinate with external emergency services as required.

Qualifications:

  • Current CA RN license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of occupational health experience required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation processes, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or theme park environments preferred.

Work Environment: This position operates in a highly visible, guest-centered environment with potential exposure to varied weather conditions and physical settings. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or variable shifts may be required.
